A local delivery fee will be added to each order, for each address. Delivery fees will be added to each order based on location. These fees range from $12.99-$24.99.
U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Deliveries are attempted only two times before the recipient is responsible for picking the arrangement up at the store. On holidays deliveries are attempted only once before the recipient is responsible for picking it up at the store.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays.
Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. Other then when arrangemnts are made prior with the florist for a funeral. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Normal delivery times are 11am-3pm daily. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-8pm.
If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. Victoria’s Flowers is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Victoria's Flowers strives to provide the best customer service available. We have established this return/ refund policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement or refunds are processed. If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact the florist directly. In almost every case we will gladly replace the arrangement. Victoria's flowers must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that flowers and plants are perishables and departure care is required. no refunds and replacements will be made for any order if we are not contacted within one day of the original delivery date. It is the responsibility of the sender to review all the information provided on this website related to refunds and/or replacements. If a refund is given it will be in a form of store credit only.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
